Zaina Harb joins Aquarium team to deliver quality customer service

Zaina Harb recently joined the growing project management team at Aquarium as Project Manager. Zaina is responsible for project implementation and timely and accurate delivery to customers, ensuring a high standard of service throughout.

Zaina has extensive project management experience, working for several leading financial services organisations.  She holds the PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification – one of the world’s most widely used project management methods focused on best practice.  Her collective expertise in software delivery project lifecycles and track record of consultancy in both agile and waterfall methodologies made her ideally suited to the role.

“I am excited about my new role at Aquarium and to be joining a team of five project managers.  The company is young, adaptable and rapidly growing so there is an opportunity to try out new ideas and make a real difference in an innovative environment,” comments Zaina.  “I’m fortunate to have found an insurtech specialist in the Manchester area, with a like-minded team that strives to deliver the best experience possible to customers.”

Since graduating from Manchester University in 2008 with a degree in business, Zaina has worked on various implementation projects for internal HR and payroll.  She holds a Diploma in Project Management and was shortlisted for the IPP Payroll Professional of the Year in 2010.

“Zaina has solid project management experience in the financial services sector.
