Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
This statement sets out Aquarium Software Limited actions to understand the potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking either in the business or its supply chains. We recognise we have a responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking. Our organisation is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.
Organisational structure and supply chains
This statement covers the activities of Aquarium Software:
The development and implementation of software systems and the supply of software services, support and outsourced hosting, to the financial services and associated markets.

Aquarium’s ISO Management Forum is responsible for maintaining and auditing the following policies, procedures and logs:

When selecting key suppliers, we undertake due diligence which follows the company’s ISO procedures. These include –
- Risk assessment
- Vendor selection
In addition, we undertake periodic reviews on our existing key suppliers, which will include –
- Review services being supplied against recorded risk(s)
- Review legal compliance of supplier
We require those employees directly involved in the selection or management of our suppliers to undertake training to help them recognise and report modern slavery and human trafficking in any area of the business. Our policies and procedures by design put people first. We expect all suppliers doing business with us to operate to the highest standards.
