The development and implementation of software systems and the supply of software services, support and outsourced hosting, to the financial services and associated markets.

Due diligence

When selecting key suppliers, we undertake due diligence which follows the company’s ISO procedures. These include –

• Risk assessment
• Vendor selection

In addition, we undertake periodic reviews on our existing key suppliers, which will include –

• Review services being supplied against recorded risk(s)
• Review legal compliance of supplier

Training

We require those employees directly involved in the selection or management of our suppliers to undertake training to help them recognise and report modern slavery and human trafficking in any area of the business. Our policies and procedures by design put people first. We expect all suppliers doing business with us to operate to the highest standards.
