Aquarium shortlisted for Insurance Post Creative and Innovation Award

The judging panel at Insurance Post magazine has shortlisted Aquarium in the Outsourced Technology Partner of the Year category for the publication’s annual Creative and Innovation Awards.

This category recognises excellence in providing technology solutions or services to the UK’s insurance sector.  The entry criteria were to demonstrate significant business success in the past 12-24 months as well as high levels of customer satisfaction and business benefits.

Aquarium works with more than a dozen leading insurance companies across the UK and North America.  Our integrated digital platform enables customers to manage every aspect of the insurance process from quote to claim to renewal.  One insurer was able to successfully bring a new pet insurance proposition to market within 12 weeks in time to fulfil a renewal demand for thousands of policies.

Another large insurance provider transformed its travel insurance service using Aquarium.  An Aquarium automated claims process is expected to reduce administration costs for the company by several hundred thousand pounds per year.  In addition, the insurer was able to settle low value travel insurance claims within hours with no need for paperwork or for customers to phone a call centre.
