Aquarium wins the Insurance Post Creative and Innovation Award

It has been a positive start to the year for us at Aquarium. Receiving the prestigious ‘Outsourced Technology Partner of the Year’ award at the Insurance Post Creative and Innovation Awards has been a great accomplishment and a true testament to all of the dedication and hard work put in by the team.

By enabling insurance providers to establish and manage policies more effectively and efficiently, our customer base has grown significantly in the last three years and now includes: Direct Line Group; Pet Health Inc; PetProtect; Pets Plus Us; Markerstudy/Insurance Factory; Assurant and Quadra Claims Services plus a few more we can’t mention. Our aim is to provide an functionally rich and expansive digital insurance platform which enables providers to manage every aspect of their insurance processes such as product design, rating, product service, claims and beyond.

Throughout the year, Insurance Post hosts a variety of events and awards dedicated to companies, teams and individuals who excel within the insurance sector with innovative procedures and products. We were extremely honoured to have picked up the award, as well as have the opportunity to share an inspiring and insightful evening with a variety of likeminded industry specialists.

The ‘Outsourced Technology Partner of the Year’ category recognises the best in breed technology services and solutions provider within the insurance sector. This award is aimed at suppliers of hardware, software, analytics or digital services to the UK insurance sector that have achieved compelling business accomplishments in the past two years. The award also honours companies that have demonstrated exceptional levels of customer service.

We were fortunate enough to attend the ceremony with one of our valued customers, Direct Line Group. We have worked closely with Direct Line Group in its ongoing transformation of technology within the travel insurance sector and have played a key role in the proposition that secured two major contract wins for affinity partner businesses. By using our software platform to automate sales, service and claims, Direct Line Group is significantly improving customer journeys, reducing costs and in some instance slashing claims settlement times.
